GENERAL
ChatGPT and Claude are generalists. They’re trained on everything — cooking recipes, poetry, code, trivia — so they can answer any question but they’re not specialists in anything. We are. This platform is built on real project management and operations methodology — the same frameworks used to deliver enterprise initiatives on time and on budget. Not vague ‘execution methodology’ that sounds nice but means nothing. Actual scope planning, work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, milestone sequencing, capacity planning, and risk management. The founder is Harvard-certified in Strategy Execution with 13 years of moving real organizations from strategy to outcomes. A chatbot can suggest a plan. We build the plan, sequence it, track it, and adapt it when reality changes. Specialists beat generalists when the stakes are real.
Happens to everyone. When you miss a week or two, the system recalculates your timeline from where you are now — not where you started. You don’t start over. You don’t feel guilty. Your plan just adjusts and tells you what to do next.
Yes, anytime. Got busier at work? Drop your weekly hours and the plan extends. Got a deadline extension? Move it and the plan relaxes. Your plan is built around your real life — and real life changes.
Almost anything with a clear outcome and deadline: starting a business, paying off debt, getting certified, launching a product, writing a book, learning a skill, hitting a fitness target, planning a career change, delivering a major project for work. If you can describe what success looks like, the system can plan it.
Yes. Anyone can use it for anyone’s goals. Coaches and consultants put their clients’ goals in, get the full structured plan — phases, milestones, critical path, weekly schedule — and use it to prepare sessions and pressure-test recommendations before they make them. Leaders plan their team’s objectives the same way. A parent can plan a teenager’s college applications. The system doesn’t care whose goal it is. The planning works the same.
You set your own hours. Some people give 5 hours/week, others 20. The plan is built around whatever you can realistically commit. The only requirement is consistency — showing up each week, even for a few hours.
Completely. Your plans, tasks, check-ins, and notes are visible only to you. On enterprise plans, your employer sees progress metrics only — never your details, never your private content.
Yes. One click in your account settings. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no hoops. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
No. That’s the entire point. If you were already organized, disciplined, and good at planning, you wouldn’t need this. The system does the organizing, planning, and sequencing for you. You just show up and do the work it gives you.
Edit anything. Add your own tasks, remove what doesn’t fit, reorder phases. The platform gives you a strong starting point — you refine it. The built-in coach can also adjust specific parts if you ask it to.
Yes. It’s a web app that works in any browser on any phone. No download required. Calendar sync, task board, habit tracker, and coach all work on mobile.
You celebrate. Then you plan the next one. The system remembers your execution patterns — what worked, how accurate your time estimates were — and your next plan is even smarter.
No free trials. This is a paid execution system. You get full access from day one — planning, weekly tasks, progress tracking, coach, calendar sync — and you can cancel anytime if it’s not for you.
Because it’s not a productivity app. It’s an execution system with an AI coach, dynamic planning, setback recovery, and progress tracking built in. You’re paying for the thing that actually gets you to the finish line — not another place to write down goals you’ll forget about by February.
Businesses have used project management for decades to accomplish important objectives.
I spent more than 13 years doing exactly that — as a Fractional COO, PMP®, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
I was paid to figure out what needed to happen, what came first, what depended on what, how much time it would take, what could get in the way, and how to keep everything moving until the objective was accomplished.
Eventually, I asked:
Why do businesses get project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, risk management, and progress reviews — while individuals get planners, to-do lists, habit trackers, and advice to stay motivated?
That question became the foundation for Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™.
I built the original goal-to-plan software to take a goal and determine what it will actually require to accomplish it — then map the work, sequence it, account for available time, track progress, identify what needs attention, and adjust the path when circumstances change.
Because a goal tells you what you want. It doesn’t tell you how to get there. That is the part I’ve spent my career learning how to do.
Today, I’m doing it in two places: helping organizations improve operations and execution as a Fractional COO, and building technology that brings that level of goal accomplishment to people outside the corporate environment.

The work is simple: figure out what needs to happen — and make sure it happens.
— Desiree’ Stapleton, MBA, DBA
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ started with a question: Why do people have to plan the biggest things in their lives and work without the same execution methods organizations have relied on for decades? Companies don’t accomplish important goals by hoping for the best. They define the outcome, break the work into manageable pieces, sequence it, account for constraints, monitor progress, and adjust when plans change. Most people are handed a planner, a to-do list, or told to “stay motivated.” There had to be a better way. After more than 13 years in operations and project management, our founder, Desiree’ Stapleton, MBA, DBA set out to bridge that gap by applying proven execution principles to anything a person sets out to accomplish. The result is Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ — a platform designed to help people plan and stay on track with anything they want to accomplish — with the same level of structure, clarity, and intention that organizations use every day.
SECTION 1 — What Is Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™
Most goal apps help people define goals, organize tasks, or monitor habits.
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ focuses on execution.
Instead of asking you to build your own system, it generates a personalized execution plan from your goal, deadline, and available weekly hours. That plan is organized into phases, milestones, dependencies, and weekly deliverables, then actively managed as circumstances change.
Throughout the life of the goal, Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ monitors execution risk, evaluates whether you’re on pace to accomplish your goal, supports weekly decision-making, provides AI guidance grounded in your specific goal, and automatically keeps your accountability partner informed of meaningful progress.
Every feature exists to support one outcome: accomplishing the goal.
No. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ is a goal execution system. While it includes habit tracking, habits represent only one component of accomplishing a meaningful goal.
A habit tracker records whether a behavior occurred. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ manages the complete execution of a goal by generating an execution plan, organizing the work required to accomplish it, monitoring progress, identifying emerging risks, and helping you make informed decisions until the goal is accomplished.
Habit tracking supports execution. It is not the primary purpose of the platform.
No. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ includes a comprehensive task manager with Kanban boards, subtasks, priorities, tags, Google Calendar integration, the Eisenhower Matrix, and Pomodoro timers.
However, those capabilities exist to support execution rather than replace it.
Unlike traditional task managers, every task inside Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ belongs to a larger execution plan. Tasks are automatically connected to phases, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and the goal they support, ensuring daily work remains aligned with the outcome you’re trying to accomplish.
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ applies project management methodology to personal and professional goals, but it is not traditional project management software.
Platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, and Monday.com are designed to help organizations coordinate teams, manage organizational initiatives, and collaborate across departments.
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ was designed for individuals pursuing meaningful goals outside of organizational project environments. It applies proven project management principles—including execution planning, milestone management, dependency mapping, risk monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing decision support—to help individuals accomplish complex goals with the same level of discipline organizations apply to strategic initiatives.
The Teams plan extends these capabilities by providing managers with visibility into team members’ goals while preserving the same execution methodology for each individual.
SECTION 2 — How It Works
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ transforms a goal into a complete execution system.
You begin by providing three pieces of information: the goal you want to accomplish, your target deadline, and the number of hours you realistically have available each week. From those inputs, Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ generates a personalized execution plan designed specifically for your goal and your constraints.
That execution plan is organized into phases, milestones, dependencies, and weekly deliverables, providing a clear path from commitment to accomplished outcome.
Execution does not stop once the plan is created. Throughout the life of the goal, Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ continuously monitors progress, evaluates execution risk, tracks milestone completion, detects changes in available capacity, and identifies issues that could affect your ability to accomplish the goal on time.
Each week, the platform helps you evaluate the current state of your goal and determine the most appropriate course of action based on your actual progress rather than assumptions.
The execution plan is a personalized roadmap that defines how your goal will be accomplished.
Unlike a template or generic checklist, every execution plan is generated from your specific goal, target deadline, and available weekly capacity.
The plan organizes work into logical phases, measurable milestones, dependent activities, and weekly deliverables. It identifies the critical path, maps task dependencies, estimates the work required, and establishes a realistic sequence for execution based on the information you provide.
The execution plan serves as the operational foundation for your goal. Every task, milestone, risk assessment, weekly decision, and AI recommendation is based on the execution plan created specifically for you.
The live risk score continuously evaluates the health of your goal throughout execution.
Rather than measuring productivity or activity, it measures whether your goal remains on pace to be accomplished based on current conditions.
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ monitors five categories of execution risk:
– Deadline Compression — the remaining work exceeds the remaining time available.
– Missed Milestones — planned deliverables were not completed as scheduled.
– Scope Expansion — additional work has been introduced beyond the original execution plan.
– Dependency Delays — work required from other people or previous activities has not been completed.
– Capacity Changes — your available weekly hours have increased or decreased since the execution plan was created.
As conditions change, the live risk score updates automatically, giving you an objective assessment of your goal’s current condition.
The weekly check-in is the decision-making engine of Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™.
Each week, the platform compares your actual progress against the execution plan and evaluates whether the assumptions behind the plan remain true.
Based on your responses, Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ recommends one of seven execution decisions:
– Continue the execution plan.
– Reduce the scope.
– Resequence the work.
– Extend the deadline.
– Increase execution capacity.
– Pause the goal.
– End the goal.
The objective is not simply to review progress. It is to ensure your execution strategy continues to reflect reality as circumstances change.
The Goal Coach is an AI-powered execution advisor built into Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™.
Unlike general-purpose AI assistants, the Goal Coach understands the complete context of your goal, including your execution plan, milestones, dependencies, weekly progress, available capacity, execution history, and current risk profile.
Because every recommendation is grounded in your actual goal data, the Goal Coach can provide guidance that reflects your specific situation rather than generic advice.
Whether you’re deciding how to recover from a missed milestone, evaluating whether to extend a deadline, or determining which work should be prioritized next, the Goal Coach responds using the complete context of your goal.
You designate an accountability partner — someone whose awareness of your follow-through matters to you. They receive automatic email notifications every time you complete your weekly check-in and every time you accomplish a milestone. You do not have to remember to update them. The accountability runs automatically, regardless of whether you feel like initiating it — which is the only kind of accountability that works consistently over months.
The structural integrity score reflects the overall health of your goal’s plan at any given moment. It has three possible states: stable (the plan is viable and on track), strained (something needs attention — a risk category is developing), or at risk (something needs to change now — the goal is in jeopardy without immediate adjustment). It gives you a single honest assessment of the goal’s condition based on all the data the platform has about the plan.
When a goal is accomplished in Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™, it is saved as a template. The complete plan that produced the accomplished outcome — the phases, the milestones, the sequencing, the risk factors that were tracked — is available as a starting point for the next similar goal. This means every goal you accomplish makes the next similar goal start faster and smarter, building a template library from your actual experience.
SECTION 3 — Comparisons
Notion is a flexible organizational workspace where you can build a custom goal tracking system. You design the system, you maintain it, and the quality of your goal management equals the quality of the system you built. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ generates the plan for you, tracks the risk in real time, and produces a specific weekly decision — without requiring you to build or maintain anything. Notion organizes your goals. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ manages their accomplishment. Many people use both.
Todoist is one of the best task managers available — excellent for organizing and prioritizing daily action. It manages what you need to do today. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™manages whether what you are doing is going to produce the specific outcome you committed to by the date you said. Completing your Todoist list every day does not tell you whether you are on pace for your goal deadline. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ tells you that every week.
ClickUp is a powerful work management platform designed for teams managing organizational projects. It was built for collaborative work in organizational contexts. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ was built for the individual pursuing a personal or professional goal — with a step-by-step plan generated from personal constraints, a weekly check-in designed for individual goal pursuit, and features built specifically for the individual rather than the team.
Asana is a leading team project management platform designed for organizational work management — connecting individual tasks to team projects and organizational objectives. It requires a team, a manager, and an organizational context to function as intended. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ was built for the goal that does not live on any company dashboard — the personal or professional goal being pursued individually, with a step-by-step plan built from personal constraints and weekly accountability that runs automatically.
Habitica gamifies habits and tasks with an RPG interface, making daily consistency engaging through game mechanics. It tracks whether you showed up to a behavior. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ tracks whether you are on pace to accomplish a specific goal by a specific date — with a step-by-step plan, live risk score, and weekly decisions about what to change when something shifts.
Strides is a habit and simple goal tracker with clean streak visualization, designed primarily for behavioral goals. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ is a goal management platform designed for complex, multi-phase goals with real deadlines, dependencies, and the need for active weekly management over months. It generates a step-by-step plan, tracks risk across five categories, and produces specific decisions — capabilities that Strides was not designed to provide.
Yes. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ is the first platform built to apply project management methodology to personal and professional goals. It was built by a Harvard-certified, PMP-certified, Six Sigma Black Belt Fractional COO specifically to bring organizational-grade goal management to individuals. It generates a step-by-step plan from your goal, deadline, and available hours — and then manages that plan week over week the way a project manager would manage an organizational initiative.
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ does. You tell it what you want to accomplish, when you want it done, and how many hours a week you have. It generates a complete step-by-step plan — phases, milestones, and the exact tasks that belong to this week — built from your specific goal and your real constraints. It is not a template. It is a plan built from what is actually true about your situation.
SECTION 4 — Use Cases
Yes. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ is particularly well suited for business goals — revenue targets, product launches, client acquisition milestones, operational objectives — with real deadlines and real stakes. It builds the step-by-step plan from the hours you actually have, tracks the risk in real time, and tells you every week whether the goal is on pace. The Teams tier adds a manager dashboard for small teams.
Yes. Career goals — certifications, career transitions, skill development, building toward a promotion — are complex, multi-phase pursuits with real deadlines and dependencies that require active management over months. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ builds the step-by-step plan from your real available hours, sequences the work correctly, identifies the critical path, and tracks whether you are on pace for the career deadline you set.
Yes. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ is particularly valuable for solopreneurs and small business owners who are pursuing significant business goals without an operations team behind them. It provides the same quality of goal management that organizations have always had — the step-by-step plan, the risk tracking, the weekly accountability, the situated guidance — at individual pricing.
Yes. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ was built to stay with a goal for as long as the goal requires — weeks, months, or years. The plan adapts when conditions change. The weekly check-in keeps the goal oriented toward its outcome through every shift in circumstances. The risk score catches problems early. The Goal Coach knows the full history of the goal and responds based on everything that has happened since the start.
Yes. Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ gives each goal its own complete step-by-step plan, its own live risk score, its own weekly check-in, and its own accountability partner notifications. All goals are visible in a single dashboard showing the current status of each one. The task manager shows tasks from all goals in a unified prioritized view.
