Meet Desiree’
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ was created by Desiree’ Stapleton de González, an operations leader and project manager who has spent more than a decade helping organizations turn ambitious ideas into finished outcomes.
Throughout her career she worked in roles responsible for execution — taking goals leadership wanted to achieve and determining exactly what would have to happen for those outcomes to exist.
Inside organizations, that process is routine. Goals are scoped, sequenced, and managed until the work is complete.
Outside organizations, most individuals are left to figure that process out alone.
After years of watching that gap play out in real life, Desiree’ built Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ to bring the same execution structure used inside companies to individuals pursuing meaningful goals.
Desiree’ is a Harvard-Certified Business Strategist, PMP-Certified Project Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, and more than 50 publications.
Why Leaders End Up Here
Most leaders try to keep things moving by patching roles together. They hire a VA and hope they’ll run operations. They bring on an admin and expect them to think like a strategist. They stretch task-doers into leadership roles — and it never works.
The truth is, you don’t need another person to just check boxes.
You need someone who can step in as your right hand — someone who works as hard as you do, cares as much as you do, and can cover the entire range from detail work to executive leadership.
That’s what I do.
How we help…
What Makes Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ Different
Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ isn’t task support, and it isn’t detached consulting.
It’s end-to-end execution ownership.
I operate across levels of work without handoffs or gaps:
- Administrative execution — handling the details that consume leadership time
- Operations management — keeping workflows, systems, and priorities moving
- Project leadership — planning, sequencing, and delivering initiatives
- COO-level execution — designing and overseeing the structure that allows work to scale
Most people operate in one lane.
I don’t.
That’s why you don’t need to:
- patch roles together
- stretch admins into leadership
- or personally bridge the gap between decisions and delivery
I cover the full range — so execution is efficient, work gets completed, and leadership can stay focused on what actually matters.
Why Leaders Need This
Here’s the reality:
- Your VA isn’t a COO.
- Your admin isn’t an operations leader.
- Your organization can’t scale if execution depends on you holding everything together.
You need someone who will:
- Think about the business as a whole, not just the tasks in front of them.
- Handle the details without hand-holding.
- Keep projects and priorities on track.
- Build systems that actually hold when you add more clients or team members.
- Catch problems before they spiral and solve them early.
The ‘Right Hand’ Retainer
This is not task support.
This is execution ownership.
When you work with me on retainer, you’re not managing another person — you’re gaining someone who manages the work.
I step in at the level required and take responsibility for making sure decisions turn into completed action.
On retainer, I:
- Take work off your plate immediately
- Put structure behind how your organization operates
- Manage priorities, projects, and follow-through
- Keep critical work from slipping or stalling
- Guide operations so you can stay focused on leadership
You don’t need to juggle multiple hires.
You don’t need to guess whether someone can “step up.”
You don’t need to carry execution yourself.
You get one right hand who owns the work and keeps it moving.
Work With Me
Depending on the scope, support may be structured as Fractional COO leadership, Chief of Staff support, or operations and project management execution.
Engagement details and pricing are outlined below.
Fractional COO — Part-Time
For founders and organizations that need senior operational leadership without a full-time hire.
Chief of Staff — Part-Time
For leaders who need a right hand to manage priorities, coordination, and execution.
Operations & Project Management — Part-Time
For teams that need structured execution without executive-level oversight.
Who This Is For
- Founders who need real operational leadership, not task support
- Senior leaders managing teams, programs, or departments who need execution support they can trust
- Executives whose scope has outgrown admin-level help
- Leaders inside organizations who need someone to own operations, coordination, and delivery
- Decision-makers who are tired of translating strategy into tasks themselves
Who This Isn’t For
- If you’re looking for a cheap VA to “just do tasks.”
- If you want a consultant who hands you a strategy and leaves you to figure it out.
- If you’re not ready to let someone else into the heart of your business.
- If you’re looking for someone who only works at the task level without ownership.
FAQ
What kinds of tasks do you take on?
Everything from inbox and scheduling, to project management and deliverables, to operational systems and growth planning. If it sits between “admin task” and “executive leadership,” I cover it.
Can this scale with me?
Yes. Start at the level you need now. As you grow, you can increase hours — and I’ll already know your business inside and out, so there’s no wasted time onboarding new people.
Why Me
I’ve spent more than a decade leading operations, project management, and execution across universities, nonprofits, startups, and growing organizations.
I’ve been trusted to:
- manage complex, high-stakes initiatives
- coordinate across senior stakeholders and teams
- stabilize operations during growth, transition, or overload
- build systems that hold under real pressure
I’m a Harvard-certified business strategist, PMP-certified project manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt. My work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Business Insider — not because it sounds good, but because it works.
Leaders bring me in when:
- decisions are being made, but execution isn’t sticking
- priorities keep colliding
- important work keeps slipping
- or the organization has outgrown admin-level support
I operate as a true right hand — translating leadership decisions into completed work.
